This 2-bedroom townhome is just a quick walk to the surfside beach area of Old Orchard Beach. This section of beach is sought after for the flat beach, soft white sand, and limited crowds.

The three level townhome is clean and bright, tastefully decorated with Maine beach decor and coastal treasures. Step out your front door for a one minute walk to the sand.

If you want to venture to the pier and downtown Old Orchard attractions it is about mile walk or you can catch the trolly at the Friendship hotel every hour on the hour.

At the end of your beach days, enjoy grilling on your private first level patio, or sit and relax on the second floor deck.
