Tracey and Ryan’s story began long before Hazey Properties. Both grew up spending their childhood summers on the beaches of Maine and New Hampshire, where long days in the sand and salt air became some of their most lasting memories.

Today, they share that same experience with their guests.

They live locally with their daughter Summer, who has inherited the same love for beach life, along with their rescue pets Smokey, Akano, and Blue, who are just as happy near the water.

What began with one home has grown into a thoughtfully cared for collection of properties, each chosen and managed with the same care they would want for their own family.

Their goal has always been simple. To offer homes where other families can create their own Maine coast memories.
